Avocado Matcha Smoothie
This smoothie is a creamy, plant-based blend of earthy matcha and rich avocado, lightly sweetened with honey and finished with a subtle nutty hint of walnut. It’s a refreshing, nutrient-packed drink with a smooth, velvety texture.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups oat or almond milk
- 2 walnut pieces
- 1/2 large avocado or 1 small avocado
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
Directions:
- Mix matcha and hot water in a small bowl. Make sure any lumps have disappeared and a smooth matcha paste is formed.
- Pour milk into blender’s glass/plastic container.
- Add in walnuts, avocado and honey. Stir in matcha paste.
- Blend for 10 seconds, then pulsing it 2-3 times.
- Pour smoothie into desired cups.
- Enjoy!
