For all the down-to-earth people out there, this shake is for you! Its strong, earthy, and nutty flavour comes from the matcha, almond milk, walnuts and sweet potato. Pair it with a muffin or two, and you’ll be off for a healthy adventure!
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup sweet potato, cooked/steamed and unpeeled
- 1/8 cup walnuts
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 cups almond milk
- In a small bowl, mix matcha powder and hot water together until smooth
- Add banana, sweet potato, walnuts, almond milk along with the matcha mixture into a blender.
- Blend for 10 seconds and pulse 3 times.
- Serve and enjoy!
